You will report to the Value Stream Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Blacksburg, VATo be considered for Continuous Improvement Leader you will need:Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience using continuous improvement tools. Lean Six Sigma experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.Proven ability to utilize statistical evaluation techniques, process capability analysis, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you'll be at the heart of driving organizational development and continuous improvement.
