Audit Senior Position Overview The Audit Senior will be responsible for leading audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high-quality audit services. This role is crucial in guiding junior staff and enhancing the overall efficiency of the audit process. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, including the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Review the work of junior auditors and provide guidance and mentorship. Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations, including GAAS and GAAP. Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients. Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of internal controls. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on auditing. Strong understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant regulations. CPA certification is preferred but not required. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
