Job Description
TITLE
Registered Nurse - Telemetry

SCHEDULE
Nights (7p - 7:30a) with every other weekend required.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

REQUIREMENTS
- Active RN license
- Active BLS certification
- Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience
- Proficiency in Epic EMR

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in telemetry and stepdown units.
- Monitor and assess patient health status and coordinate care based on telemetry readings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team in developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care pathways.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate electronic medical records.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract.
- All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission.
