# Community ConciergeRauner Family YMCA - Chicago, IL 60608## OverviewSalary Range$17.00 - $18.00 HourlyPosition TypePart Time## Description#### Position DescriptionCommunity Concierge team members serve as the face of the Y and support a best-in-class experience for our customers. You will actively interact and engage with community members, provide solutions and offerings, and support them in discovering opportunities at the YMCA.**Essential Job Requirements & Duties:*** Greet community members and guests and make them feel welcome and engaged* Answer phone and email inquiries* Actively manage customer transactions* Support facility operations by partnering with local Community Hub leadership to ensure community spaces are clean at all times* Anticipate individuals needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional customer experience* Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock, as needed* Other duties as assigned**Child Abuse Prevention**Supports the YMCA's commitment to child abuse prevention by:* Reporting any items that may provide a health or safety hazard to staff, members or guests to your supervisor* Following all policies and procedures related to keeping children safe in our facilities and programs, including those related to the monitoring and supervision of children* Reporting any suspicious behavior and violation of policy and procedures to your supervisor* Completing all child abuse prevention training as required**Commitment to Inclusion**Supports the YMCA's commitment to inclusion of all members as required by Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
