Kids for the Future is seeking a full-time Labor Monitor in Poughkeepsie, NY. The successful candidate will monitor project access control procedures, review compliance through daily site walks, and address any discrepancies or employee issues regarding wages. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills are essential. A High School Diploma and 30 Hour OSHA certification are required.
