What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy to children in a supportive and engaging environment.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to help clients achieve meaningful goals.
• Maintain professionalism while providing compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BCBA board.
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
