This group will provide fuel supply to multiple terminals while managing bulk and rack inventories at the most cost-effective levels and making sure we always have the capabilities to meet the needs of our stores. This includes tasks that must be done on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The primary trait needed for success will be attention for detail and the ability to successfully prioritize and perform the required duties and responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS:Provide direction, guidance and leadership to a team of Product Schedulers that have daily responsibility for managing ~7 B gallons of fuel to 7-Eleven/ Speedway stores on an annual basis, this includes day-to-day activities across 4,500+ stores, 180+ fuel terminals and 9 Pipeline systems.Strong ability to prioritize time based on business impact. Ensure all operations are conducted timely and in the most cost-effective manner, while optimizing the system to capture full monetary value.Conduct trend and cost analysis. Review supply forecasts for contract compliance and manage allocations for store demand and terminal throughput obligations.Proactively identify commercial opportunities with Fuel Traders to support supply needs at ~30 Bulk and multiple Rack terminals, via Truck, Rail, Pipeline and Waterborne transport modes.Work closely with the Director, Fuels Supply & Optimization and the SVP, Fuels Supply and Trading.Work cross-functionally with the Transportation team for execution of 2,000+ deliveries per day and the Pricing team to ensure alignment on business strategies and initiatives to achieve holistic Fuel Department goals.In depth understanding of system to support required set ups with Carriers, Terminal and Supply partners.
