Attention to Detail we get it right the first time The Role SpeedPro is launching a new Knoxville location with production, installation, and showroom capability, backed by our Tri-Cities home office. The Account Executive Knoxville owns revenue growth in this market by building relationships, creating brand and capability awareness, developing project pipeline, and turning market momentum into sustained sales growth. Compensation and Benefits
- $125,000$175,000 OTE
- Base plus commission
- 10 days PTO
- 10 paid company holidays

- 4050 hours expected, MondayFriday
- Some B2B event-driven evening and weekend demands
- - Own revenue growth for the Knoxville market.
- - Be a hunter; build and manage a disciplined prospecting pipeline.
- - Establish relationships with decision-makers across B2B accounts.
- - Ramp-up Knoxville revenue and transition into sustained growth.
- - Drive consultative discovery with prospects and existing clients with a long-term relationship mindset
- - Be sales curious; Identify project opportunities, business needs, timelines, decision-makers, and budgets.
- - Build trust through valuable consultations, strong follow-through, practical recommendations, and clear communication.
- - Develop repeat relationships with clients who value quality, speed, and professional execution.
- - Manage sales outcomes with professionalism, ownership and accountability.
- - Scope opportunities clearly before handing them to estimating or operations.
- - Translate customer goals into practical project direction and product recommendations.
- - Work with Inside Sales to create accurate, complete estimates.
- - Maintain clean handoffs so projects can move from sales to production and installation without confusion.
- - Protect client expectations around timeline, scope, quality, and budget.
- - Represent SpeedPro in the Knoxville business community.
- - Educate clients on large-format graphics, signage, branding, and environmental visual solutions.
- - Participate in relevant B2B events and relationship-building opportunities.
- - Use SpeedPros existing reputation and marketing momentum to open doors and build local market presence.
- - Strong ownership of schedule, activity, pipeline, and results based on SpeedPro structure and resources.
- - Consultative sales instincts with the ability to uncover real business needs.
- - Confidence and professional acumen to build relationships with professional decision-makers.
- - Comfort with hands-on, practical project conversations to include archetural drawings and technical product specifications.
- - Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- - The ability and skills to sell and close; overcome objections and articulate value.
- - Interior design background, skills, or interest.
- - Architecture background, skills, or interest.
- - Experience selling visual, branded, construction-adjacent, design-adjacent, or project-based solutions.
- - Familiarity with signage, graphics, interiors, facilities, commercial real estate, education, healthcare, hospitality, or corporate environments.
- - Existing territory relationships with interior design, archetects, commercial construction, facilities, commercial real estate, education, healthcare, hospitality, or corporate environments.
- - Proven experience and results in consultative, hands-on B2B sales.
- - Ability to own a sales territory, daily schedule, prospecting pipeline, account development, and outcomes.
- - Ability to independently conduct project discovery and scope opportunities clearly.
- - Ability to work laterally with Inside Sales, Operations, and project execution teams.
- - Ability to represent SpeedPro professionally in the Knoxville business community.
- - Availability for a 4050 hour MondayFriday schedule, with some B2B event-driven evening and weekend demands.
