I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a public school teacher, an experience that helped shape my passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed. I'm a graduate of East Central University and enjoy traveling and watching sports in my free time. Supporting our local community is important to our agency, and we enjoy finding opportunities to stay involved and give back to the people we serve. As an Account Associate for Dusty Treat - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
