Establishes personalized treatment plans considering discharge needs and appropriate equipment. Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members, making referrals when needed. Delegates tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring interventions meet patient needs based on skill levels. Completes accurate documentation in line with departmental policies. Provides assessments, reassessments, and consultations for occupational therapy services. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master's Degree preferred. Licensed as an Occupational Therapist. No prior experience required; supervision experience is not mandatory.
