Satellite locations: Scripps HillcrestScripps La Jolla Scripps Encinitas Palomar Hospital Rancho Springs Must be flexible with 12 hour variable / rotations shifts; the schedule is published at the beginning of each month so the traveler will be on the same shift for the entire schedule. But when a new schedule is published they could rotate to the opposite shift they were on OR could even stay on the same shift. The managers do their best to accommodate the travelers shift preference but please let your travelers know they need to be flexible and would be expected to work days and nights within the 13 week contract. 12 D/N rotation/weekends/holidays and flexible with 12 hour variable shifts - days/nights are required. Must work 2 out of the 3 holidays. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Reimbursement forms must be submitted within 30 days of floating and must include unit manager approval. Modules Modules are non-billable for RN and Allied travelers. Up to 10 hours of modules may be required. Modules are completed pre-start. Time spent completing modules does not count toward orientation hours. Module hours must be margined for in order to be paid. Module completion is recorded via transcripts. Transcripts confirm whether modules are completed but do not record time spent.
