Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | School Hours
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school-based team in the White Bear Lake, MN area and provide behavioral support to students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
Responsibilities
•Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
•Conduct FBAs and analyze behavioral data
•Provide behavioral support and consultation to students and school staff
•Train and support Behavior Technicians and paraprofessionals
•Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
•Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
Qualifications
•Active BCBA certification
•Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
•Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team
