Location: Battle Mountain, NV, 89820 | Pay: $25-35/hr (based on experience)

Join our onshore mining operations as an Electrician, working hands-on to ensure the reliability and safety of all electrical systems within a high-performance minerals grinding plant. [Responsibilities]

- Maintain and repair electrical equipment, motors, and controls throughout the grinding plant
- Install new electrical systems and calibrate controls for optimal plant operation
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and replace worn or defective components to minimize downtime
- Direct and coordinate outside installers, service personnel, and helpers as needed
- Keep detailed maintenance records, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (ISO/API/TQM)
- Conduct scheduled inspections and use electrical instruments and power tools safely
- Maintain organized work areas and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team
- Participate in required HSE training, report hazards, and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Demonstrated experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial or plant setting
- Proficient in reading electrical schematics and applying electromagnetic theory
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards relevant to industrial environments
- Experience using maintenance checklists and electrical diagnostic tools
- Successful completion of an electrical apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on training in a plant/mill environment

[Preferred Skills]

- Familiarity with ISO/API quality standards
- Experience in minerals or mining plant operations
- Leadership in directing helpers or subcontractors
- Ongoing safety and job hazard training
