This Securities Litigation Group is recognized for its deep expertise in high-stakes disputes and government investigations. The team represents Fortune 100 companies , global technology innovators, and leading life sciences organizations in matters including:

• Securities class actions
• Derivative litigation
• Merger & transaction-related disputes
• Regulatory and enforcement proceedings
• Internal investigations involving allegations of:
  
  • Accounting fraud
  • Whistleblower complaints
  • FCPA and anti-bribery violations

Associates gain hands-on experience early, working directly with top trial and investigative attorneys on matters that frequently influence national headlines and regulatory landscapes.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 4+ years of securities litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with class actions, derivative suits, regulatory investigations, or internal corporate investigations
• Superior academic credentials
• Bar admission in the relevant office's state (or eligibility to sit/waive in)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $310,000 - $445,000
• Discretionary performance-based bonus
