About the Role

We're looking for a Category & Store Solutions Consulting Associate who is excited to begin their career at the intersection of data, retail and technology. You'll join a collaborative team supporting the development and delivery of category and store-focused solutions, gaining hands-on experience while learning how customer data and analytics create measurable value for clients.

Working alongside Product, Engineering and Science teams, you'll contribute to projects that help retailers and brands make better decisions through insight-led solutions and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a broad development role that will give you exposure to product delivery, analytics, consulting and stakeholder collaboration.

• Supporting the product management team with planning, testing and delivery of new capabilities and enhancements.
• Contributing to feature release content, product enablement activities and internal communications.
• Working with data, reporting tools and dashboards to support analysis and business decision-making.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering and Science to help deliver client-focused solutions.
• Building knowledge of retail, category management and store performance through practical project experience.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in curious, analytical individuals who enjoy solving problems and are motivated to learn in a commercial environment.

• Degree, or equivalent qualification, in a relevant discipline.
• Curiosity about data, retail, customer behaviour and product development.
• Confidence using analytical tools, business reporting platforms, dashboards or Excel.
• Experience gained through internships, university projects or other practical exposure to business, technology or analytics.
• Strong communication, writing and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to learning.
