About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for National Accounts with a focus on Walmart and Sam's Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic vision, customer partnership, and overall business performance for the company's products within these retail channels. This senior sales leadership role involves developing and executing long-term growth strategies, annual joint business plans, and omnichannel initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth, market share gains, and customer engagement. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in managing national or enterprise-level accounts, a solid understanding of sales and distribution functions, and experience in point-of-sale marketing, particularly within the Walmart and Sam's Club operating models. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in progressive sales, national account management, customer development, or commercial leadership within the consumer-packaged goods, beverage, food, or related industry. A BA/BS in a related field is required. The role demands a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment, and a self-driven, high-energy work ethic. The ideal candidate will be adept at data-driven selling, possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, and have a strong background in financial and P&L management. Responsibilities also include retailer relationship management, omnichannel growth, and cross-functional team leadership to ensure the alignment of strategies and execution.
