Pay Range: $15/hr - $18.91/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Processing Support Analyst to support our North America Federal Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Operations business. This role supports critical operational processes by executing routine to moderately complex tasks that require strong attention to detail, basic problem-solving skills, and sound independent judgment. The ideal candidate can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Perform administrative processing tasks to support day-to-day operations

Provide ongoing operational support to the NA Federal Q2C Operations team

Conduct data entry, research, and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness

Maintain system records and ensure adherence to process and compliance standards

Utilize various internal tools including SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), Excel, Outlook, SharePoints, etc.

Follow established procedures while applying basic problem-solving techniques to resolve issues

Independently manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Execute data cleanup activities to maintain system integrity and accuracy

Skills required:

1–2 years of relevant experience in:

Data entry

Administrative support

Sales operations or order processing

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Works well in both team and independent environments
