Director of Engineering - EPC Strategy & Execution

Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Director, Engineering MC in Charlotte to lead a multidisciplinary Engineering organization across EPC pursuits and projects. You will set direction, governance, and resource strategies, driving standardized processes and accountability for performance.
You will partner with cross-functional teams and clients to shape engineering strategy, support proposals, and ensure readiness for current and future programs.
