Unit Manager, Customer Operations — Ground Handling

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Unit Manager, Customer Operations for our Ground Handling Department in Phoenix. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure safety and efficiency in equipment handling and staffing. You will preplan manpower, manage a diverse team of supervisors and agents, and report to the Department Manager, Customer Operations.
