Position Overview The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for an Environmental Administrative Assistant to assist with our projects in Warren, MI. Candidates will work in a collaborative team environment embedded at a client’s office location conducting document control, information management, and quality control of documents related to environmental projects throughout Michigan. Department: Geoenvironmental Location: Warren, MI Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 / hour Key Responsibilities Document scanning. Copying and organizing electronic files. Reviewing files for consistency. Updating information in a database environment. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Pays great attention to detail. Communication skills (both oral and written). Time management skills. Ability to work alone or in a team environment with and without direct supervision in a fast-paced professional office environment. Prior familiarity with environmental projects and related documents is preferred.
