Must-Haves: 3+ years B2B experience, ERP expertise, and a "problem-solver" mindset. salary: $27 - $30 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Associate Responsibilities B2B Collections: Managing a portfolio of commercial accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices. This involves making high-volume outbound calls and sending correspondence. Deduction Management: Investigate and resolve short-payments and disputes. This includes reconciling shipping discrepancies, pricing errors, and promotional allowances typical in a manufacturing setting. Cash Application: Precisely apply daily ACH, wire, and check payments. You’ll ensure the sub-ledger matches the bank perfectly, identifying any "unapplied" funds immediately. ERP Maintenance: Work daily within ERP systems like SAP, Epicor or MS Dynamics to manage credit limits, release blocked orders, and maintain clean customer master data. Financial Reporting: Use Excel to track aging trends and provide weekly updates on high-risk accounts.
