Ensures accurate sales forecasts and expected final results are achievedDevelop, implement, and manage the implementation of division marketing strategies, in conjunction with Product Line Managers, Manager, Agronomic Services, Regional Account Managers and Branch ManagersManage all aspects of physical resources including maintenance and repair, compliance with CPI and other industry regulations, ensuring safe working environment and facilities. Ensures standards are met for farm supply audits and inventory cycle countsEnsure organization of the customer base and effective implementation of customer programsAnalyze capital requirements and provides recommendations regarding capital budget needsAnalyze operating requirements and provides recommendations regarding budget needsEnsure division services are developed as appropriateEnsure the implementation of pro-active health and safety, environmental and security programsAssist Branch Managers with the settlement of disputes within the division, internal and external to the companyApply a strong agronomic background across multiple crops to provide technical guidance, support decision-making, and drive successful crop outcomesWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor’s degree preferred5+ years of related experience in AgricultureProficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate information clearly and effectively to a variety of audiencesReady to make an impact with us?
