Telemetry rhythm capabilities, critical thinking, time management, able to assess med surg level patients and alert Charge RN / Manager / Rapid Response / Provider when acuity level changes. Good communication. On time for work shifts. Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. ACLS List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Iv fluids, tube feeds, peg feedings, Iv antibiotics, Best personality Fit: Team player. Nurses should be willing to help CNAs and other nurses REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS Floating Area(s): Other med surg units, occasionally, in the holding Pod of ED Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Must follow HCA policies. Unit guidelines: Attend huddles at 0650 AM shift or 1850 PM shift. Must clock out and in for Meal breaks. Must clock in no earlier than 0638 or 1838 depending on shift.
