Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-time | Two openings

• Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Some schedule flexibility may be available to accommodate business and personal needs.

Employment Type: Temporary with the potential for temp-to-hire based on business needs and performance.

About the Opportunity

Are you an outgoing, creative professional who enjoys connecting with people and making an impact? Our non-profit client is seeking two Marketing Coordinators to support their busy season initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience while helping promote programs and services that positively impact the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound communication campaigns to promote programs, services, and upcoming initiatives
• Assist with marketing outreach through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Help create and distribute marketing materials and messaging
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and engagement activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to support events, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
• Provide additional administrative and marketing support as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and engaging with a variety of audiences
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
