Construction Senior Superintendent

We are currently seeking a Senior Superintendents to join Dimeo Construction Company in our CT & RI regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects and leading site teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery. Your Role Leadership & Coordination: Lead field supervision and coordination to achieve project goals, engaging and managing in-house professionals for continuous improvement. Business Development & Relationships: Support project pursuits, RFP responses, and foster strong client and architect/engineer relationships to drive business success. Operational Excellence: Guide,expedite, and administer systems management tomaintainbudget, safety, schedule, and quality, while resolving major project issues and coordinating with all stakeholders. Strategic Project Delivery: Drive project communications, meetings, risk identification, and strategic planning; execute systems startup, testing, inspections, commissioning, and training to exceed client expectations. Talent Development: Mentor and develop PMs, superintendents, and additional project team members, fostering growth and technical excellence within the team.
