Residential Supervisor

Competitive pay starting at $47,520 a year. If you have an active NADSP Frontline Supervisor Certification, you can earn an additional $1.50 per hour ($3,120 annually). This position is located in Newfoundland, PA and supports group homes across four counties. Responsibilities Provide on‑floor support 16 hours/week in a ratio staffing model. Work an additional 24 hours/week on managerial responsibilities. Offer on‑call and on‑floor coverage for staffing needs, including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays. Manage operations of an assigned Residential Program—including finances, staff scheduling, and monthly meetings. Deliver training, development, and ongoing support to staff in the group home. Comply with all safety standards, licensing requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement). Minimum two years of progressively responsible experience in a community or residential setting that supports people with disabilities. At least one year of supervisory experience in a residential treatment setting. Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software. Valid driver’s license and good driving history. Physical ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Capability to perform CPR, First Aid, and crisis prevention/intervention techniques.
