Sirius Staffing is immediately seeking a Traveling Receptionist for a full-time, long-term position that is based in Everett, WA. The position will provide reception and administrative support across multiple medical office locations.

Position Highlights:

• Travel time and mileage are fully compensated for all locations outside of Everett.
• Variable schedule: Full-time, Monday through Saturday (hours vary by clinic schedule, from early morning to early evening, and weekend coverage may be needed)
• Travel Frequency: Bellingham, Mt Vernon, & Renton offices: 12 times a month; Bothell & Bellevue offices: 23 times a month; Seattle office: 23 times a month
• Shifts may range from approximately 45 hours to 1011 hours
• Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle required

Position Summary

The Traveling Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for examinees, visitors, physicians, and staff. This position handles front desk operations, examinee check-in, telephone coverage, documentation, and general administrative support while maintaining a professional, organized, and confidential environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in examinees and visitors; verify appointments and documentation, and direct them appropriately; chaperone examinations as required.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls professionally.
• Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, emailing, scanning, and proofreading; provide, collect, and properly file examination paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby.
• Monitor supplies and support efficient use of clinical resources.
• Participate in required training and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Receptionist, front desk, administrative, customer service, medical office, or similar experience preferred.
• Must possess complete knowledge of general computers and other standard office equipment.
• Must be knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet.
• Ability to follow instructions, policies, and respond to managements directions accurately as they may change or be added during employment
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented manner, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing schedules and locations.
• Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors own work to ensure quality is met.
• Must possess strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and/or stressful conditions.
• Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to travel between office locations.
