Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort Street is currently recruiting for an Immigration Paralegal to join a local law firm in Omaha, NE!
Position Details:
- Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Location: Omaha, NE
- Pay/Salary: Starting at $25-30/hr
- Prepare, review, and submit immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate client files and track case statuses, deadlines, and government correspondence.
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates, required documentation, and filing procedures.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2-3+ years of Paralegal experience required.
- Previous experience in immigration law preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
