Immigration Paralegal


Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort Street is currently recruiting for an Immigration

Paralegal to join a local law firm in Omaha, NE!


Position Details:

  • Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Location: Omaha, NE
  • Pay/Salary: Starting at $25-30/hr
Job Duties:
  • Prepare, review, and submit immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate client files and track case statuses, deadlines, and government correspondence.
  • Communicate with clients regarding case updates, required documentation, and filing procedures.
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of Paralegal experience required.
  • Previous experience in immigration law preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
