About the Position As a Medical Assistant, you play a critical role in supporting providers and ensuring a seamless, safe, and exceptional patient experience. This role combines clinical support, patient care, and operational excellence in a fast-paced medical spa environment. You will assist with patient flow, prepare treatment rooms, support providers during aesthetic procedures, and help maintain compliance with clinical protocols. Medical Assistants are key contributors to the calm, polished, and professional experience our patients expect. Key Responsibilities * Prepare treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment for aesthetic procedures * Assist providers (MD, PA, NP, RN) during medical aesthetic treatments as directed and within scope * Escort patients, take vitals when applicable, and ensure patient comfort throughout visits * Review pre- and post-treatment instructions with patients and answer basic procedural questions * Maintain strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols * Document accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) as required * Support patient flow to ensure appointments run smoothly and on time * Assist with inventory management, stocking rooms, and tracking medical supplies * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards of clinical spaces * Communicate effectively with Patient Coordinators and providers to ensure continuity of care * Uphold HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy at all times Perks & Team Experience * Work alongside highly skilled aesthetic providers in a supportive, collaborative environment * Generous employee discounts on products and services * Complimentary birthday treatment * Opportunity to grow within a respected, innovative medical aesthetics brand * Be part of a team that values intention, integrity, and cutting-edge beauty care Qualifications * Medical Assistant certification or equivalent clinical experience required * Prior experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic setting preferred * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to patient safety and quality care * Calm, professional demeanor with excellent bedside manner * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment * Comfortable working closely with providers and within clinical protocols * Technically proficient with EMRs, scheduling systems, and basic computer applications * Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive with a positive attitude Company Description The Things We Do is a beauty concept bar where aesthetic providers help patients achieve their beauty goals.
