Project Management CoordinatorSalary: $90,000-$105,000Job SummaryThis position is based at LinkedIn account and supports the national team in creating a positive and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will have production experience and strong skills in work-plan development and progress tracking. The project coordinator will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management and client channels, ensuring that our goals of engaged hospitality and organizational innovation are achieved.POSITION OBJECTIVES:In the performance of his/her respective tasks and duties this employee is expected to:Be passionate about people development, culture and community;Help the management team create and maintain an environment of support, leadership and compliance for all associates.Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goalsCoordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budgetAnalyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal resultsAssign roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilitiesHelp build the skill sets of team members and share learnings with other employeesAchieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practicesEnsure all LinkedIn specific onboarding procedures and training with Bon Appetit are met.Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.MAJOR DUTIES/FUNCTIONS/TASKS:Project CoordinationEnsure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirementDevelop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestonesAssign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables outputReport project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work planServe as point of communication between company teams and external resourcesDeepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchersCommunicates and implements Bon Appetit best practices and philosophyAdministrative SupportAssists the Employee Support & Leadership teams with administrative tasks and reports using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.Performance SupportWorks with managers to help define and clarify project roles and responsibilities and ensure consistency across the teams at LinkedInOverall ManagementTeaches Bon Appétit philosophy and culture, emphasizing food made from scratch, friendly and attentive service and a safe and clean environmentSupports management decisions while promoting a team spirit.Performs any duties as assigned by the Resident District ManagerQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
