Job Specifications:


Associate's degree or higher required. Relevant professional experience may be considered. Successful completion of the course they wish to tutor (or higher level course) with a grade B or higher, or equivalent, is also required. Instructor recommendation preferred. Good interpersonal skills required. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must be able to commit for the full academic term. Comfortable using video conferencing and record-keeping technologies; training is provided.

Hiring Range:
$13.73 - $15.50 per hour depending on credentials

Official college transcripts required upon hire.

Part time employees are not employed directly by Lake Michigan College with a few exceptions based on MSPERS retirement program. All others are employed thru EDUStaff, LLC.
