Job Title: Maintenance Technician I/III - Extrusion - 3rd Shift Location: Lakewood, CO Type: Direct Hire Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Responsibilities

• Independently performs repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on plastic molding and extrusion equipment.
• Performs mold setups, insert changes, extrusion line startup/shutdown, cleaning, and process changes.
• Implements corrective actions, engineering changes, documentation, training, and equipment improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of direct plastic processing experience, including injection molding, plastics processing, plastic extrusion, tooling, and assembly.
• Hands-on injection molding and plastic extrusion set-up experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and networking systems.
• High school diploma or GED.
