Quality Inspector $22 - $28 per hour | Mason, OH | On-Site | Permanent Quality Inspector Needed For Leading Manufacturing Company My client is a leading manufacturing company who is growing! They are looking to add multiple Quality Inspectors to their team on both first and second shift! 1st Shift: 7am - 3:30pm 2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 12am Why join us? Compensation Up To $28/hr + Second Shift Differential Competitive compensation Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement benefits Paid holidays and PTO Climate‑controlled manufacturing environment Long‑term stability with a growing aerospace manufacturer Job Details Analyze and interpret O‑p sheets, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and travelers to produce products that meet or exceed customer specifications Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to customer specifications visually and using hard gauge precision measuring tools such as borescopes, rulers, calipers, gauges, and micrometers Interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances to complete inspection as required Performs final inspection on parts as required Verifies the proper completion of paperwork Check status of non‑conformances and processes them accordingly Documents actions by updating control charts, travelers, and reporting labor in the ERP system Perform under AS9100 quality standards and NADCAP accreditation Maintain a safe and clean work environment by performing daily housekeeping duties Follow all Hi‑Tek policies and procedures, including the use of proper PPE Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment Qualifications 2+ years of prior experience with final inspections of aerospace / gas turbine components required Experience working in a Quality System certified to ISO9001, AS9100, or NADCAP a plus Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment, aerospace industry preferred Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
