Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business required
6+ years of progressive accounting experience
3+ years of management experience with direct reports
Strong financial reporting preparation
Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
Experience with Oracle similar ERP systems preferred

Overview

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join a growing, manufacturing organization with approximately $150-200M in revenue. This role will be instrumental in strengthening financial reporting processes, internal controls, and communication with Finance teams
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Manage financial reporting under GAAP
• Support budgeting and forecasting in partnership with executive leadership and FP&A
• Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes
• Serve as the primary liaison for financial reporting to the international parent company
• Drive process improvements, particularly within ERP environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Torrance, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
