We would love to have you here!**The Corrections Tech I reviews and corrects customer account information in Tower Loan’s computer system. This role ensures data accuracy by processing account updates, resolving errors, and supporting various mail and fraud-related tasks.**Duties/Responsibilities:*** Complete daily corrections emails received from branches and Home Office.* Research errors on the remit report (debit processing) and correct them.* Monitor replication status screen daily in Tower Loan Operation System (TLOS).* Manage fraud prevention service’s exceptions.* Answer calls from banks to verify loan checks.* Monitor Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) processing.* Upload mail-loan check images.* Correct errors within mail-related loans.* Process incoming mail from U.S. Postal Service (USPS).* Perform all other duties as assigned.**Required Skills/Abilities:*** Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.* Highest level of integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior when handling sensitive financial information.* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward resolving issues.* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Adaptability to changing processes, technologies, and industry trends.**Education and Experience:*** High school diploma or GED.* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).* Customer service experience in an office environment is preferred**Physical Requirements:*** Stand, walk, and/or sit for eight (8) hours a day.* Communicate effectively, verbally, written, in person, via telephone, or electronically.* Lift and maneuver up to 20 lbs.**The above description outlines the most significant job functions performed, but may include other similar functions or assignments not explicitly mentioned.** #J-18808-Ljbffr
