Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients using the nursing process and established standards.
- Monitor patient status, including telemetry data, and respond to changes in condition with clinical judgment.
- Administer medications and therapies, document interventions, and evaluate patient responses.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Communicate care plans clearly with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team; support patient education and discharge planning.

Requirements
- Current RN licensure in California (or eligible, as applicable to a travel assignment) and eligibility to practice in the United States.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification at minimum; additional telemetry-related competencies preferred.
- Ability to perform 12-hour shifts and meet the demands of a 36-hour weekly schedule in an inpatient/acute care-like environment.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
