PLAINTIFF'S PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL

Plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking to hire a managing paralegal with a minimum of 5+ years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience to join our growing offices in Fort Lee, NJ. Excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, friendly environment to develop your paralegal skills. Applicant must have minimum 5 years’ (Plaintiff's) litigation experience. Must be able to draft pleadings independently. Must know New Jersey plaintiff's personal injury litigation procedure. Long term working commitment preferred. Immediate hire. Duties (including but not limited to): Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, drafting Summons and Complaints and interrogatories Organize and maintain case files, including indexing and e-filing documents Perform data entry tasks to update case information in document management systems Assist with gathering medical records to send to insurance companies and adversaries Speaking with clients to provide status updates Requirements: Strong organizational skills Proficient in file management, including organizing and maintaining case files Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
