Chief Legal Counsel — Tech IP & Compliance Leadership

Human, Inc.

Digital Factory, a Chicago-based technology company, seeks a General Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance across operations, oversee risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead the legal department, develop policies, draft and negotiate agreements, manage IP protection, and coordinate litigation with external counsel, while advising executives on governance, privacy, and strategic partnerships.
