B2B Accounts Associate Full Training
Surface Experts of Central Indiana
Benefits 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Paid holidays Minimum 12 days of paid time off Base salary + commission + bonuses (avg annual earnings range at listed amount) Schedule and Location Majority time doing in-field sales; minimal remote admin work Full time during business hours (no nights or weekends) Midweek appointment scheduling autonomy allows you to balance work commitments with personal appointments Small Business, Big Support Local business feel backed by the training, tools, and resources of a nationwide franchise Small business owner is involved, available daily, and leads weekly team meetings (breakfast provided) Technology: Quality leads provided in our software + routing tool to help you succeed Sales Support: Access to a dedicated Support Center for admin assistance Coaching and Training: Sales training at Surface Experts HQ plus continual 1:1 coaching with our sales coaching team What a Typical Day Looks Like Map your route, run approximately 15 on-site visits, and book work Log notes and metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team Handle light admin and prep from home Attend weekly sales coaching and ongoing support sessions No Sales Experience Required We do not require formal sales experience, industry background, or a degree. We can teach the process, but we need the following attributes. Attributes Over Experience Coachable — eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook Curious — comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first Detail‑Oriented — executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow‑ups) that turn activity into revenue consistently Why Surface Experts Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair provider.
