Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including physical examinations and thorough medical history reviews

• Provide intraoperative assistance, which includes preparing surgical environments, ensuring proper patient positioning, and managing surgical instruments during operations
• Deliver outstanding preoperative and postoperative care, encompassing medication management, wound care, discharge strategies, and patient education

Education and Qualifications

• Master's degree from a recognized Physician Assistant program
• Prior completion of clinical rotations with a surgical focus is strongly preferred

Certifications

• Active and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
