We are looking to partner with skilled and reliable subcontractors to help us meet our growing demand for excellence.Opportunity Overview:We are seeking experienced and dependable painting subcontractors to join our network. As a subcontractor with Five Star Painting, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential homes to large commercial properties. We value professionalism, quality workmanship, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Painting Services: Perform high-quality painting services, including interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and finishing.Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared, including sanding, caulking, and priming, to achieve a flawless finish.Clean-Up: Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all areas are left in pristine condition after completion.Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure work is performed in a safe and efficient manner.Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients on-site, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.Project Management: Coordinate with our project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within the agreed-upon schedule.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional painting experience in residential and/or commercial settings.Skills: Proficient in all aspects of painting, including surface preparation, brush, roller, and spray techniques.Licensing: Must have a valid contractor’s license and insurance in the state of New Jersey.Tools: Must provide your own tools and transportation.
