What is a Divisional Operations Manager?

A Divisional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing operational performance across multiple sites or business units, ensuring alignment with company goals related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost. This role provides leadership and strategic direction to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What You Can Expect to Do as a Divisional Operations Manager:

• Oversee operations across multiple facilities, ensuring consistency and performance
• Drive initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency
• Lead and develop plant leadership teams to achieve operational goals
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams to optimize processes
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance
• Support capital projects, process improvements, and operational standardization
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards
• Align operational strategies with business objectives and growth plans

What We Are Looking For in a Divisional Operations Manager:

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership
• Experience managing multi-site operations preferred
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

• Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
