Job Description

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Candidates must have all required certifications prior to start.
• Must be fingerprinted as per New Mexico State Requirements.
• Supervision required for those under a 14-day waiver while awaiting background check results.
