Maintenance SupervisorThe Maintenance Supervisor is a key contributor to the execution of our Facilities Management Work Order process and is responsible for the day-to-day direction and coordination of work performed by maintenance staff for various Regional Maintenance Centers throughout Maricopa County. This position will ensure all properties are maintained to departmental expectations by providing timely responses to work orders and excellent leadership and direction to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.About UsAs the landlord for all facilities owned by Maricopa County, the Facilities Management Department is responsible for the planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operations of more than 200 facilities comprised of over 10 million square feet.
