Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement patient‑centered PT treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Document accurately and timely within EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation goals
