Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care during hospital stays in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Include Performing thorough assessments, including admission, transfer, and post-procedure evaluations. Developing and evaluating individualized care plans based on assessments, diagnosis, lab data, and physician orders. Administering medications, IV fluids, and coordinating referrals and discharge planning. Monitoring patient conditions, recognizing changes, and implementing appropriate nursing actions. Providing specialized care such as restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment, ensuring safety and comfort. Documenting care, communicating effectively with team members, and ensuring continuity of care. Supporting infection control, safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Engaging in professional development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and respect for patients, families, and colleagues. Qualifications And Skills Current RN license in the respective state and required certifications (e.g., BLS). Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing situations and work collaboratively in a team. Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and professional growth.
