Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Seeking a Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, managing, and delivering patient-centered care during hospital stays. Responsibilities Include Performing comprehensive and reassessment assessments, documenting findings, and evaluating patient needs. Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, lab data, and protocols. Providing nursing interventions, administering medications, coordinating with healthcare team, and educating patients and families. Monitoring patient progress, recognizing clinical changes, and adjusting care accordingly. Delivering specialized care such as restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment while adhering to safety and infection control standards. Documenting care, communicating effectively, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Participating in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and professional development activities. Providing age-appropriate care for adult and geriatric patients, demonstrating cultural competence, and promoting respectful interactions. Qualifications And Skills Current RN licensure in applicable states with BLS certification. Strong clinical, technical, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate, adapt to change, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Knowledge of infection control, safety practices, and patient advocacy.
