Corporate Governance Specialist

Corporate Governance Specialist, a part-time remote role requiring extensive experience in corporate governance and securities matters, where the specialist will assist with drafting and maintaining corporate records, preparing governance documents, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Draft, maintain, and file corporate records, including entity resolutions and board minutes Assist with the preparation of legal documents for corporate entities and subsidiary management Review and provide assistance for the Company's Section 16 filings and other SEC documents Required Qualifications 7+ years of corporate legal experience Working knowledge of NYSE requirements Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred Prior experience in the legal department of a public company Proficiency with entity management systems and SEC filing software
