What You'll Do

As a Regional Service Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our regional service team has the resources, equipment, and support needed to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage asset tracking and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Coordinate shipping of supplies and equipment for the regional office.
• Manage service parts inventory and warehouse organization.
• Build and prepare installation packets for new equipment deployments.
• Perform equipment setup and configuration as needed.
• Assist with equipment deliveries when necessary.
• Provide backup dispatch support, including:
  • Taking customer service calls
  • Scheduling service technicians
  • Coordinating daily dispatch activities
• Deliver first-level customer phone support and route issues appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and service area.
• Support special projects and additional operational needs as assigned.

• Basic technical aptitude for equipment setup and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields

Work Environment

This position combines office and warehouse responsibilities and requires a balance of desk work and hands-on activity.

Candidates should be able to:

• Lift up to 75 pounds
• Bend, reach, and handle equipment and supplies
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Work comfortably in both office and warehouse settings

Travel: Minimal to none.
