Le Marinier is a fast-growing premium sea salt brand seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Social Media Growth Manager to lead and scale our TikTok and Instagram presence.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of significantly growing consumer brands on social media through content strategy, influencer marketing, and platform management. This is a leadership role for someone who understands how to build attention, engagement, and community at scale.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire social media growth strategy — from content creation and channel management to influencer partnerships, creator coordination, and audience growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall TikTok and Instagram growth strategy
• Manage and grow the brand’s social media channels daily
• Create, oversee, and optimize short-form video content for engagement and growth
• Build scalable content systems and posting schedules
• Identify viral trends, content opportunities, and platform growth strategies
• Recruit, manage, and coordinate influencers, creators, and UGC contributors
• Train creators and influencers on brand messaging, positioning, and content style
• Lead influencer outreach and partnership campaigns
• Monitor analytics, engagement, follower growth, and performance metrics
• Continuously test and improve content strategy based on platform performance
• Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
• Help position Le Marinier as a leading lifestyle and food brand on social media

Requirements

• Proven experience significantly growing TikTok and/or Instagram accounts for brands
• Strong understanding of social media growth strategy and platform algorithms
• Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns and creator relationships
• Strong short-form video production and editing skills
• Ability to independently manage content strategy and execution
• Strong understanding of audience psychology, engagement, and viral content
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience growing food, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer product brands
• Experience scaling accounts to large followings and high engagement levels
• Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or paid social campaigns
• Experience managing teams of creators or freelancers
